Q: What are the costs involved?
A: Our collections begin at $4,000 and will vary depending on the amount of time, credits, reprints, albums, and options you choose. Custom collections are also available.

Q: How do we find out your availability?
A: Please complete the contact page on this site to email us, or call us at 407-619-1359 and let us know your date of choice and we will let you know whether or not we will be able to accommodate you on that day.

Q: Are you available for travel and destination weddings?
A: Absolutely!! Nationwide and International travel is available with 90 days notice. Travel and lodging expenses would be additional on your contract.

Q: What is included?
A: Every wedding that CNP books includes two photographers, a complimentary engagement session, and a matted signature print OR photo guest book for your reception. You will also receive a custom website that contains all of your slideshows and photos to share your wedding day and engagement session with your friends and family.

Q: What do we need to do to book?
A: Policy requires an in person or phone consultation prior to any booking. We enjoy the opportunity to meet and talk to you to get to know you prior to committing to your day. If a face to face meeting is not possible, we will be glad to schedule a one hour phone consultation to go over the details of your day. Once the decision is made to book the date, we require a 25% non- refundable retainer, and signed contract to hold your date on our calendar. Your balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding day.

Q: What is the timeframe for viewing photos and albums after the wedding?
A: Generally a preview of the photographers favorites is available within the first few days following your wedding. Depending on the current workload, the final edit of all photos takes between 8-12 weeks. Albums are available for preview within 2-4 weeks of your original design request.

Q: What kind of albums do you offer? How much do they cost?
A: Our albums are all hand designed by Cristy. We offer traditional matted albums, and storybook collage albums from a variety of high end and quality printers. Albums start at $1,500. Two revisions are included before any additional design charges apply.

Q: Can we apply our album or print credit to some other type of product?
A: This is evaluated on a case by case basis.

Q: Do your packages include digital negatives?
A: Yes we believe all of our clients should have their entire set of images from their wedding day.

Q: What can we expect of you on our wedding day?
A: You can expect us to be timely, well prepared, with a positive attitude, and ready to have fun with you and enjoy your wedding day. You can expect some more formal posed shots for family groupings, and some much less formal shots in the candids and for the fun moments.

At every wedding we take it upon ourselves to step out of the box and think differently, find a new way to see light, and push our creativity. We will be unobtrusive and often hang back and wait for the action to unfold and capture it in real time as it happens without prompting.

Through our consultations and engagement session we get to know who you are as a couple, and that definitely helps us on your wedding day to capture who you really are, not just what you look like.

The most important element to us is that you have FUN and enjoy the day. Relaxed couples who are enjoying their day always makes for much better images!

Q: What if we need to cancel or reschedule our wedding day?
A: Once we have a signed contract and 25% retainer that retainer is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel you will forfeit the retainer as we have turned away other couples wishing to book your date. If you would like to reschedule, please let us know that as soon as possible so we can ensure that we have your date of choice.

Q: How can our friends and family view our wedding photos?
A: Friends and family can go to the link to your custom website which is provided to them via the link cards that are given our at your wedding. They will view a slideshow and then be directed on how to order individual prints if they would like to do so. CNP handles all of the orders, payments, and mailing out the prints so that you don't have to. worry about it.

Q: How long does our wedding stay online to view?
A: Your slideshow will stay online indefinitely or as long as there is space on our web server but is never guaranteed for an infinite amount of time. Online order galleries stay active for 6 weeks.

Q: What if we want to think about it or shop around?
A: Please keep in mind that we get phone calls all the time for dates that are already booked. If you choose not to book at your consultation you will leave that date open for another couple to book if they choose. Weddings are booked on a first come first served basis, we simply cannot hold the date without a retainer and signed contract. Most of our couples are booking 9-12 months prior to their wedding day.

Q: Do you regularly work with other wedding vendors you'd recommend?
A: Absolutely we do! We love to work with those we have worked with before! Please just ask us for our preferred vendor list and we will help you get in contact with our wonderful line up of trusted vendors. :)
